We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and highly motivated Hotel General Manager to lead our team and oversee all aspects of our hotel condominium operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hotel management, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences. This role is on-site in Miami, Florida.

General Manager (CAM) responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Oversee daily operations of the hotel, ensuring that high standards of service and guest satisfaction are achieved.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve financial and operational goals.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of managers and staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, and revenue management.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, guests, vendors, and the local community.
- Implement effective marketing and sales strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Coordinate Board of Director ‘s monthly and annual meetings including meeting minutes and documentation.
- Manage and resolve guest complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Stay current with Community Association Management and industry trends and implement best practices to enhance the property’s competitive position.

What are we looking for?
- Vacation Rental and hospitality experience essential
- CAM experience required
- A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred along with a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a General Manager, preferably in a luxury or upscale property.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, financial planning, revenue management, and capital improvement programs and budgets.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
- Proficient in hotel management software and systems.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with an owner/customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
