What will you be doing?

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Licensed Community Association Manager (CAM) to join our team at Provident Doral at The Blue Miami. This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional with a passion for property management and delivering exceptional service.  This position is located on-site in Miami, Florida.

The CAM will oversee the daily operations of the Condominium Association, ensuring the highest levels of service for owners and their guests. This is a hands-on position that requires leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders.

Licensed Condominium Association Manager (CAM) responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide expert leadership to effectively manage the condominium association’s operations, working closely with the Board of Directors, General Manager, owners, and department heads.
  • Serve as the main liaison between the Board of Directors, property management, vendors, and owners, ensuring smooth communication and efficient resolution of concerns.
  • Oversee the preparation and management of the association’s budget, including income statements and accounts receivable reports.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Florida condominium laws and association rules, ensuring compliance at all levels.
  • Attend and actively participate in all Board of Directors meetings, including annual owners’ meetings. Prepare agendas, meeting notices, minutes, and other correspondence as needed.
  • Manage delinquent accounts and collaborate with legal representatives on any legal matters related to the association.
  • Oversee capital improvement programs, manage financial planning, and maintenance of shared facilities amenities.
  • Coordinate with front office management on association rules and regulations to ensure compliance
  • Provide exceptional service to owners, maintaining open, transparent communication and resolving issues promptly.
  • Foster a positive, professional, and inclusive environment for all condominium association stakeholders.

What are we looking for?

  • Licensed Florida Community Association Manager (required)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a CAM in a similar environment (condominium/resort setting preferred).
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage budgets, financial planning, and capital improvement projects.
  • Proficient in property management software and systems.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to manage high-pressure situations with professionalism.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
