Each year, Hotel Management opens nominations to the hospitality industry, seeking to identify and celebrate the brightest young professionals who have shown remarkable dedication and innovation in their field. This year’s list, which features individuals who are 29 years old or younger as of December 31, 2023, includes emerging talents from various sectors such as operations, management, ownership, technology, asset management, consulting, training, and sales & marketing.
Zoë Jam joined Brittain in August 2022 as a Revenue Coordinator with a Finance degree from Coastal Carolina University. She quickly excelled, earning a promotion to Revenue Analyst in March 2023. Instrumental in launching Agilisys, Zoë guided the Revenue Management team effectively. In August 2023, she advanced to Revenue Manager, now overseeing a portfolio of over $30 million annually. Her dedication, innovative approach, and exemplary performance embody the qualities that the “Thirty Under 30” award celebrates.
