What will you be doing?

Baristas are responsible for greeting guests, entering and processing transactions using a POS system, handcrafting beverages & pastries, and ultimately creating an exceptional experience for our guests.

Barista responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Ultimately, creating an awesome service experience for all customers
• Courteously greeting guests and taking their orders
• Accurately processing cash and card transactions with the POS system
• Preparing & providing quality beverages & food products
• Performing assigned side work including cleaning, stocking, and other related duties
• Other duties as assigned

What are we looking for?

• Weekend availability and the ability to work varying 9am – 4pm and 12pm – 8pm shifts
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be outgoing and friendly
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and stand for long periods of time
• Passion for providing exceptional service to guests and team members
• Strong attention and care to details
• Responsibility, reliability and honesty
• Teamwork and collaboration
