Brittany started with Brittain Resorts & Hotels as a barista at the Starbucks in Breakers Resort. She worked hard and found herself climbing her way up and gaining more experience and responsibility. Brittany was quickly promoted to assistant manager, then from Guest Service Representative to Evening Manager, and finally transitioned from Resort Manager to her current role as Director of Training in the Team Member Services department. Because we are aware college is expensive, and it’s simply not necessary for certain jobs. College tuition has increased over the years and continues to climb, despite current events in the economy. While we do offer on-the-job training, we do encourage our employees to further their education. In fact, for team members that are interested in pursuing a college degree, we offer tuition reimbursement.
