Guest Service Internship

All guest services interns act as a service ambassador for each guest to ensure Service Excellence while working one or more of the various positions, such as front desk, bellman, pool attendant, and loss prevention.

Food and Beverage Internship

Food & Beverage Internship

Food & Beverage interns will experience the daily operations within the resort by working one or more of the various positions, such as barback, server, barista, dishwasher, line cook or host/ess.

Room Attendant Internship

Heart of the House Internship

As a Sous Chef, you will play a key role in supporting the Executive Chef in managing kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional culinary experiences, and maintaining the highest standards of food quality and safety. Our managers are instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation and success of our restaurant.  They provide invaluable support to our staff during service hours and bolster our management team with their adept decision-making and strategic planning abilities.

As an Executive Sous Chef, you will serve as a key leader in the culinary team, acting as the second-in-command to the Executive Chef. You will oversee daily kitchen operations, lead the culinary team, and ensure excellence in food quality, presentation, and safety standards. This role involves driving innovation in menu development, maintaining operational efficiency, and fostering a high-performing kitchen environment.

The Director of Housekeeping oversees and ensures cleanliness of the property in accordance with the Department of Health, hotel and company standards. Responsible for planning, organization, and development of the housekeeping department. Follows all policies and procedures while constantly striving to improve all standards of operation. Ensures the highest degree of quality guest care is maintained at all times, through prompt and courteous service. Responsible for staffing, scheduling, training and developing hourly team members.
